Our Classes

Vinyasa Flow

When participating in a vinyasa flow class, the focus will be on using your breath to move smoothly from one posture to the next. The sequence of movements will change from class to class, helping you to explore your mind-body connection more deeply. Each class will begin with breathwork and end with a meditation, to help ease your body and mind into and out of the practice.

Yin Yoga

Slower in nature, yin yoga allows you to deepen into your breath and your thoughts by gently holding poses for longer periods of time. By calming your mind and sinking into each pose, you may experience heightened relaxation as your body stretches and opens up energy blockages.

Ecstatic Yoga

Ecstatic yoga combines the movements of yoga with the freedom of ecstatic dance. In this class, you’ll learn to close your eyes and let your inhibitions go as your body flows between yoga and dance to the beat of the music.
